Every question gets a written answer naming the providers, the regions and the retention periods involved. You can forward it as it stands to your IT lead or your lawyer.

They come from real evaluations. The ones whose answer is published appear here. For the rest, ask: you get them in writing.
Hosting and region

Where is my data hosted?
Your workspace is hosted in a European region by default. A US region is available on request. The models themselves come from third-party providers: we tell you which ones are used for your workspace.

Can I choose the hosting region?
Yes. Europe is the default region. If you need a US region, ask for it during setup.

Is my data used to train a model?
We do not train any model on your conversations or your documents. RunWithAI connects to third-party model providers, and does not train theirs either. What those providers do with the content sent to them is governed by their own terms of service: we tell you which ones are used for your workspace, so you can check them.
